Growin in the Mountains 2011
VENDOR INFORMATION
SET UP: Booth set up may begin anytime after 3 pm on Thursday, April 22nd. Access to the Market is available 24 hours a day. Since we are open to the public on Friday at 9 am, we ask that you be set up no later than 8am on both days. Be advised that you will have to provide your own tables and other means of display.
BREAK DOWN: The show is open until 4 pm on Saturday. You are expected to be in your booth until then. Please do not load up before then. If you leave early two things will result: (1) Customers will be disappointed in the lack of plants and may not come back next year, and (2) You will not be invited to participate in future shows.
PARKING: As soon as you unload your merchandise, move your vehicle to the lower parking lot. This will help with the flow of traffic and, more importantly, provide more parking for our paying customers.
SECURITY: The Market is open 24 hours a day and has security patrols at night. We have been fortunate not to lose merchandise, but anything you leave at night is your responsibility. We have hired off duty police officers to help with traffic during the show hours.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: We assign spaces to diversify products from one booth to another. There is one booth space between posts. Check with Susan, Norm, or Walter —one of them will be on hand to answer any questions. Please check the following page for your booth number.
NURSERY CERTIFICATE: We are supplying the Market with copies of your nursery certificate and we will have a copy on hand also, but it would probably be a good idea to bring your own copy too…..Murphy’s Law just might apply here. Reminder—all plants must be produced by the vendor.
Vendor name tags will be handed out on Friday. If I miss you, I will be at the Mystic Farm booth with extra tags.
